Wood Rot:

Having issues with your siding and windows rotting? We can fix it!

Take a look at some of these problems:

Hardboard siding and trim rotting. We have several options for a lasting repair.

Here we combined James Hardie Smooth Siding with Cedar trim boards to match the rest of the house.

This hardboard siding is seriously buckled. Repair is not an option, but we can replace the damaged siding and adjacent trim.

On the surface it looks like a normal case of bad siding that needs to be replaced

Further inspection reveals an extensive termite problem. Although the termites are no longer active, the damage has been done. We replaced the framing with treated lumber and installed James Hardie Smooth Siding on this area.
 
These damaged windowsills and brickmolding were replaced with rot free composite materials. They will never be a problem again!

 
It’s hard to see here, but the window sill, brickmolding and adjacent siding were long neglected and badly damaged.
Closer inspection shows a large hole in the wood sill.
You can now see the damage hidden by the siding. The lack of Housewrap only escalated the problems.
The damaged OSB was replaced, Tyvek Housewrap was installed, the window trim and sill was replaced with composite materials, and new James Hardie Siding was installed. This area will never be a problem again! Permanent solutions are our goal.
These columns were replaced with PermaCast Fiber-Cement columns. Again, a permanent solution!
