Different homes require different processes; this is what was needed on this particular home in Roeland Park.

Before: The rotten shingles are removed from the home:

In this particular case, the old insulation has settled out. We installed fiberglass insulation on the entire wall.

The entire side was covered with structural OSB sheathing.

Everything was then covered with a moisture barrier sheeting.

Trim and siding are then installed.

All siding and trim is caulked and painted with 2 full coats of 100% acrylic exterior paint tinted to your favorite color.

Throughout the entire process, the areas surrounding your home are constantly cleaned and kept free of scrap, siding and debris.
